What is the Six Pack Procedure?
The purpose of this operation is to give the abdominal region a muscular appearance. However, the muscles are not interfered with during the procedure, the surgeon will manipulate the fat tissue. Through Vaser Lipolysis the fat tissue is shaped to form three muscle-like masses on the right and left of the abdomen.

What Should I be Aware of Before Six Pack Procedure?
• Smoking is a risk factor for any surgical procedure. It is recommended that you do not smoke for a month before and after the procedure, especially because it can cause discomfort and additional complications in wound healing. • It is recommended that you do not take aspirin or medications that contain aspirin 2 weeks prior to procedure. • It is recommended you do not take alcohol the night before the procedure so that dehydration does not occur. • You should not eat or drink anything 8 hours prior to the procedure. • We recommend that you have comfortable clothing with you for your stay in the hospital (tracksuit, pyjamas with buttons down the front etc.).
What Can I Expect Following the Six Pack Procedure?
You do not need to stay in the hospital after the procedure. You can easily return to your house or accommodation on the same day. Some swelling and bruising may occur but will subside in a few days. Depending on the procedure performed, it may be necessary to use a compression garment for a period of time, as recommended by your plastic surgery specialist.
Is There Any Scarring as a Result of the Six Pack Procedure?
There is no difference between classic liposuction and vaser lipolysis. Small incisions are placed on the abdominal wall and the incisions are about the size of a pencil eraser. The holes usually heal very well and therefore there is no permanent incision trace or scarring.
