The User agrees, declares and undertakes that he/she will pay for any material-moral and negative-positive damages of Istanbul Surgical Arts, fully in cash and immediately upon the first request, without any need for a separate court order, if the User violates this Terms of Use.

The User agrees, declares and undertakes that the books and records including the digital records, microfilms of Istanbul Surgical Arts and the records and data of the Internet Site as well as any information included in the database shall constitute a valid, binding and conclusive evidence, pursuant to the Article #193 of the Code of Civil Procedure and this clause serves as an evidential contract.

This Terms of Use shall be construed, governed by the Law of Turkish Republic. Any dispute to arise between the User and Istanbul Surgical Arts shall be resolved by the Law of Turkish Republic and the Central Courts and Execution offices of Istanbul will be the competent court in resolution of any disputes. This Terms of Use shall take effect as soon as it is published on the Internet Site and be binding on the Users using the Internet Site in any way and entering the Internet Site, without the need of an additional action.
